Presentation

Ben Amar, a senior magistrate, has recently joined the Soubai - Hadj Sidi & Associates law firm, having spent his entire career in the judiciary.

 

He has previously served as a Supreme Court Councillor, Public Prosecutor and President of the First Probate Chamber of the Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance (United Arab Emirates). Consequently, he possesses a unique expertise, particularly in the field of inheritance law.

 

He was subsequently appointed Director of Reform Studies at the Ministry of Justice, a position he held for a period of twelve years.  During this period, he was in charge of the legal reform department in the Chancellery.

 

His comprehensive understanding of the operations of the judiciary and the courts, in addition to his expertise in procedures, enables him to discern and counsel on the optimal strategy to adopt in a given case.
