Mohamed Ahmed provides counsel to major public and private sector entities on the conduct of their domestic and international operations. He is a leading authority in the field of international business law.

He teaches Criminal Business Law and Intellectual Property Law as part of the Master 2 in International Business Law at the University of Nouakchott. Furthermore, he has delivered lectures at the University of Gaston Berger (Senegal) and regularly leads seminars at the University of Oujda (Morocco).

He is frequently consulted on proposals or amendments to legislation, including laws, decrees, and regulations.
